Google acquires drawElements, which develops a graphics test that helps companies such as smartphone and chip manufacturers determine if their offerings are compatible with Google’s Android.
In announcing the deal, drawElements stated: “We’re excited to announce that we’re joining Google. “Over the next few months, we’ll be working with our colleagues on the Android team to incorporate some of our technology into the compatibility test suite.”
This deals follows on the heels of Google's acquisition of Appurify, whose technology automates the testing and optimization of mobile apps and websites for developers.
